Summary: The staff gave me a cookie at check in, which was a nice snack. The room is comfortable and clean. There aren't many nearby food options, though there is a restaurant and they sell (expensive) snacks/sandwiches. I walked from the train station, and the route was ok in summer (sidewalks might not be ploughed in winter). There is an airport shuttle.

Summary: Very good service Front desk number 1 .Hotel maintenance very good .Only issue mini fridge many problems changed twice still not cold.it was my wedding weekend super service they went out of their way Hotel restaurant excellent amazing service .nice pool/ workout area .will highly recommend

Summary: I had booked the room with breakfast and still the staff tried to charge me for the breakfast. I still have been charged additional charges fo which I am going to raise a dispute.

Summary: We had a fantastic spacious room that had everything we needed in it. We were very comfortable there. The breakfast was a little pricey, but excellent, with great service. The airport transfer was extremely efficient and helpful. There is a little strip mall a short walk away. It was a perfect place to stay before a flight.

Summary: Excellent hotel, very clean and modern with all the amenities. 3* as my dinner delivery arrived at reception and they were told they need to leave the food there vs taking it to my room but reception never called to let me know.

Summary: The room was cleanly but that is about the best that I can say about it. The air conditioner was extremely noisy with a very loud fan that could not be adjusted. The hot water ran out while I was having a shower in the morning. The door was difficult to close properly - someone even tried to enter the room while I was in bed but was stopped by the door latch. The bed was far too soft and dipped in the middle making sleep even more difficult than the air conditioning allowed. That said, the service personnel were very friendly.
